ToysToys is a wholesale (B2B) sales platform reserved for industry professionals, within the meaning of the preliminary article of the French Consumer Code. The provisions of the French Consumer Code specific to consumer protection do not apply to the business relationships entered into on the Site, which are exclusively concluded between professionals.
2. Hosting
The Site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (https://vercel.com), in connection with the database and authentication infrastructure provided by Supabase Inc. (https://supabase.com). The full contact details of these hosting providers are available on their respective websites.
3. Intellectual property
All elements comprising the Site (structure, texts, logos, databases, source code) are the exclusive property of JOYSTOYS IMPORT, subject to elements belonging to third parties (in particular the visuals and descriptions provided by the referenced brands). Any reproduction, representation or exploitation, whether total or partial, without prior authorization is prohibited and constitutes infringement.
4. Access reserved for professionals
Access to the pricing catalog and ordering features of the Site is strictly reserved for natural and legal persons acting within the scope of their professional activity, following verification and approval of their account by our teams (see the Professional Account Management Policy).
5. Applicable law and disputes
This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the courts within the jurisdiction of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory rules of jurisdiction applicable between professionals.
