1. Your trade account
Create your free business account. As soon as it is approved, shop creation is unlocked in your dashboard.
2. Your domain name
Use a domain you already own (we walk you through the 2 DNS settings) or buy a new one: it is purchased and set up automatically.
3. Your shop
Logo, colour, text, languages, products and prices: set everything up from your dashboard, no technical skills needed. The catalogue, photos and product pages are ready to go.
4. Your sales
Customers order without creating an account and pay into your Stripe account. We pick, pack and ship in discreet packaging, with your shop's name as the sender.
What you earn on a sale
You set your own prices, with a minimum of wholesale price + 20% (+ VAT). By default, one coefficient applies to the whole catalogue; you can then adjust the price of any item.

Who can open a shop?+
Any business with an approved JoysToys trade account (company registration number or VAT number). Sign-up is free and approval usually takes 24 to 48 hours.
How much does it cost?+
€199 one-off when you open, with no subscription. If you buy your domain name through us, its first-year price is added to the same payment. After that, JoysToys is paid on each sale at the item's wholesale price + VAT, deducted automatically.
How do I get paid?+
Your customers pay directly into your Stripe account, which you can set up from your dashboard in a few minutes. At checkout, Stripe automatically deducts the JoysToys share; the rest is paid out to you on your Stripe account's payout schedule.
Who packs and ships the orders?+
JoysToys, from its warehouse, with nothing for you to do. Parcels are discreet, the sender shown is your shop's name, and your customer receives a tracking number by email.
Can I choose my prices and products?+
Yes. You apply a coefficient to the whole catalogue, then you can change the price of any item, above a minimum of wholesale price + 20% (+ VAT). You can show the full catalogue, certain categories or a selection of items.
Do I need a domain name?+
Yes, your shop runs on your own domain. If you already have one, you add 2 DNS settings with your provider (we guide you, and our team can do it with you). If not, pick an available one: it is purchased and set up automatically.
How quickly will my shop be live?+
As soon as the domain is connected: a few minutes for a domain bought through us, up to 48 hours for an existing domain depending on DNS propagation. You can set up your shop in the meantime.
Who handles returns and customer service?+
You do, as the seller, under your terms of sale (a template is provided). For a faulty product or a damaged parcel, our team supports you just as it does for your trade orders.
